Don’t buy this piece of junk! Their is no indicator light for either the caps lock or the num lock! Try creating a password on one of those places where what you type immediately is replaced by dots! It’s a nightmare! You will wind up with a password that will not work unless you are extremely careful. Num lock especially is an experiement every time you want to use it. Hit the number key and nothing happens. Oh, I guess it’s off.
The engineer who created this got his diploma from a Cracker Jack box!

great price sure but if you have to buy a new one every year it’s gets a bit old.
I have a three year old laptop aspire 7720 that worked great for less than one year fixed once broke again and now there is no way to even ship back to get fixed for any amount of money. Customer Phone service is a tight loop to the hang up. You have to ask why you can’t actually talk to anyone and if you do they shunt you to a phone sevice that goes to hang up. do not buy an acer laptop. the screens are great and i have had one for 7 years but do not buy the laptops must be made by dell or something.

I am purchasing it. It appears to have the features I want in a computer and at the right price.

Thank goodness I got the extended warranty! Just when the manufacturers’ warranty expired, I discovered it will not write to CD’s so I cannot create my restore disks. It is not as fast as I expected. HAD I purchased it at Best Buy I could have returned the computer for a full refund within 30 days. I would have returned this after the first week, before I even knew it had CD Write problems. Now the all I can do is sell it on Craig’s list or donate to charity.

I am not sure of all the capabilities of this computer, but the basics seem fine.
