I have had this leptop for less than 2 months and the hard drive stopped working. Took it in and it apparently has a faulty hard drive. why spend the money on terrible pcs? Just save yourself a headache and get a mac.

No HDMI output to connect to a big screen TV. Too many useless bundle softwares.

The keyboard can be broken easily. I owned 3 Toshiba laptops and all keyboards were broken. My co-workers have the same problems.

Toshiba laptops are very good ones… But, if you need Toshiba support, even under warranty, forget it!!

Last year I bought (from Amazon) a Toshiba Satellite U405-S2918, 13.3 inch laptop. The laptop worked ok for 11 months. Then it stopped working. I called Toshiba, and got useless support.

Don’t be fooled. There support will kiss you off in an instant. Model number relate to companies and they know what they can get away with. Cost me $630 for a computer that came with a bad touch pad. They refused an RMA.

This computer is like a toy to me. The battery life is about an hour and half the most. It is just a useless computer. One of the few things I have bought here that I am not impressed with. Really cannot understand why people have given it a 4-star rating before me. That made me buy it but I am really disappointed with it.
